today was a beautiful day. the sun was shining, the clouds were puffy like pillows- yeah screw that. today was freaking gorgeous. it was so nice and sunny outside, but it wasn't warm. still winter i suppose.
today reminded me that everyone in the world is under the same sky. this simple line cheered me up on those lonely days. it means people are celebrating, partying, making mistakes, crying, dying, being born, eating, being heart broken, being saved, and living under the same sky that i'm under. it makes the world not seem as large as it is, that theres no point being sad because there are other people doing that. yeah; cheesy. but it works!
anyway, today i got a haircut! yeah finally. it's probably the only thing i accomplished this holiday. i'm not willing to go back to school though. i still have crap i need to do. it was probably one of the fastest haircuts i've had in a while. she basically washed my hair in 5 and then cut it in 15 or so. i don't know if thats fast, but to me thats pretty fast. he did a pretty good job too. she cut my fringe the way it was in the pic and even though my hair is relayered, it doesn't feel as thin s it should be- which makes me happy :D
but- SHE PUT GATSBY IN MY HAIR. actually this isn't such a big deal, i don't care too much. but then she poofed it up like a gatsby-fied asian mullet, so i felt kinda weird walking 'round hurstville.
anyway. moving on. i went over to a hwei sees place after to play games and stuff. HAHA. smash bros is fun. well we made a chocolate cake too! and it was really nice and yummy. and i wrestled monica on the trampoline. not really wrestled, but like.. we were a mess of limbs and stuff o_o half the time i was just rolling over her stomach and getting trapped under her or something.
kinda proves i need to learn self defence.
anyway. holidays are almost over. the movie day is CANCELLED btw. i have to babysit some kids at 3 and im sure you guys dont want to have to disappear at such an early time.
so yeah. i have cravings for hot liquids now. which is kinda wtf-fery but thats okay! i love that feeling you get in your stomach a few seconds after you take a nice long sip ♥
IM MAKING MYSELF A DEAL. IF I, NATALIE DAM, DO MY FREAKING HOMEWORK AND DO MY IPT NOTES, I WILL REWARD MYSELF WITH MORE HOT TEA AND OTHER FOOLCRAPPERY THAT I ENJOY.
